We sell quiet, careful work. The clauses below describe what you're paying for, what we promise in return, and the few things we won't do at any price. If a clause feels off — too tight, too loose, or written in our favor — email us and we'll explain why it's there. We've changed clauses before, on the spot.
A delivery in your voice, by the deadline you gave us, that meets the rubric you sent. Not a first draft, not a starting point — the finished thing. We don't sell access to a writer or a number of revisions; we sell the deliverable. If the deliverable isn't what we said it would be, see clause 6.
The form on the site gives you an estimated price. The email we send back, after we read your brief and rubric, is the firm price. You haven't agreed to anything until you reply yes to the firm price. The estimate is a starting point, not a commitment, on either side.
We start work when the first half lands; we send the file when the second half lands. Method is your choice — e-transfer (Canada), Wise (international), bank wire if the project is large. No subscriptions, no auto-renew, no card on file. You pay per project, every time.
After delivery you have seven days to send feedback. Anything that's clearly part of the original brief — clarification, restructure, citation fixes, voice tightening — is included, no extra fee. Anything that's a new direction (different topic, different length, different rubric) is a new project, quoted separately.
Every piece is written from scratch by a human writer, run through plagiarism software pre-delivery, and never reused with another client. AI-detector results are an outcome of how we work, not a number we can promise — detector tools change weekly and produce false positives on real human writing. If a piece flags wrongly, we rewrite the section that flagged. No charge.
First-time client and the grade comes back below B+? Full refund within fourteen days of the grade landing, no negotiation. Second projects and beyond: case-by-case, because by then you know how we work and we know your voice. We've issued seven full refunds in eight years (two for late delivery, five for projects we couldn't finish to standard); we tell you that not as a flex, but because we don't take work we can't deliver.
We won't impersonate you on a video call, sit a proctored exam, log into your school account on a device we don't own, or take work whose brief lists fellow students by name without their consent. None of these are negotiable. Asking once is fine; asking twice means we end the project and refund what's unstarted.
Open hours are 9am–11pm Eastern, seven days a week. During open hours you'll hear back within an hour. Outside open hours we're asleep, on a flight, or with family — your message sits until morning. If a writer gets sick mid-project we email you the same day, refund the unstarted portion, and reassign or delay — your choice.
The email thread is the canonical record of what we agreed to. Anything said in a phone call or voice note is non-binding unless we follow up by email. If a price or scope changed verbally, ask for the email confirmation before you assume it's done. This protects both of us.
You can cancel any time before the second half lands; we keep the work done so far, you keep what you've paid for. We can cancel any time before we've started — we refund the first half in full and explain why (it happens maybe twice a year, usually because the rubric is ambiguous in a way we can't safely solve). Once you've paid the second half, the project is closed.
